The spacious suite provided a relaxing stay, but the breakfast options fell short of expectations, particularly with the absence of pancakes and waffles.

great location but breakfast options lacking
The hotel has an excellent location, being right next to the vibrant Fisherman's Wharf, perfect for exploring local restaurants. We appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere with convenient stores open 24 hours nearby. The city view from our two-bedroom suite was good.
I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options available.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite, and I adored the Victorian design! It was right next to Fisherman's Wharf-perfect for some foodie adventures. Plus, the vibes were just lovely!
The free shuttle service was like a game of hide and seek-good luck finding it! A bit of a trek for us, needing our walking shoes!

The twin suite we booked was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The hotel's interior aesthetics were impressive, with a European vibe that we loved. The location was convenient, near the ferry terminal and with easy access to attractions like Da San Ba. The staff provided good customer service, with English-speaking attendants during check-in. we would highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or small groups of friends.
For families with children, it would be great to have more activities or facilities specifically catered to them.

The standard king room here is quite spacious and comes with 2 bathtubs for ultimate relaxation. You can enjoy a nice harbour view from the room and they even provide an ashtray for smokers. 🛁

I absolutely loved the elegant interior design of the hotel. The decoration was so beautiful and it made me feel like I was in a luxurious old-world setting. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere for my vacation. The hotel's accessibility was perfect for senior people like me, with easily accessible ramps and elevators to make moving around the hotel hassle-free.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. They were friendly, but sometimes they seemed a little overwhelmed and not as helpful as I would have liked.
